How to use the Ticket Bot to submit your requests
The fastest way to open a ticket is by tagging the bot directly in your message.
Write your request and include @googleadsdog_bot anywhere in the message:
â The ticket will be created instantly!
If someone already wrote a message with the request details, you can reply to that message with just the bot tag:
â A ticket will be created using the original message content!
Use this method when you want to select a specific ticket type with guided steps.
In your group chat, type /openticket and send the message.
Click on one of the buttons to select your request type:
Request balance top-up for your accounts
Request new advertising accounts
Request MCC sharing for accounts
Any other requests or issues
After selecting the type, the bot will ask you to provide details.
Swipe left on the bot's message (or long-press and select "Reply") and then type your details. If you just send a normal message without replying, the bot will NOT receive it!
The bot will confirm your ticket was created and notify you of any updates.
You can include multiple items in a single ticket. Here are examples for each type:
Account Alpha - 123456789 = 500 USD Account Beta - 987654321 = 1000 USD Account Gamma - 456789123 = 750 USD

Please check account 123456789 - it shows "Account suspended" error. Need assistance to understand the issue and possible solutions.
Your ticket will have one of these statuses:
You will receive a notification in the group whenever your ticket status changes.
